Download and Install Tunngle which can be found here

Make sure to install the Tunngle network adapter required for Tunngle

Once the setup is complete and everything is installed, restart your computer

Create an account on Tunngle here, then sign in

Once you’re logged in, type in Arma 3 on the network search box and double click inside it

Open up Arma 3 and click on Multiplayer > Servers > and find a server to play in. Make sure Tunngle stays opened and DO NOT CLOSE Tunngle while you are playing otherwise the server list will be empy.
